Imagine if there were a pause button, does a sense of relief wash over you? 

Together, through conscious nutrition, daily movement and self inquiry, we will dig deep into the places in your life that are calling for your attention and you will find beautiful parts of yourself there. When you remove common daily crutches such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar and comfort foods, you create emotional space for clarity to spill into. You will push yourself physically and emotionally. Your will and desire will be tested on this journey toward discovering who you really are and what truly feeds you and you will be supported every step of the way.

The body was designed to heal itself. Living in a toxic environment, eating a standard American diet and sedentary lifestyle, the body has little opportunity to repair. When we reduce the toxic burden the body has to manage each day and give the body adequate rest, water and nutrient dense living foods, healing magic happens. This is a time to Pause in your life, to take care of yourself and do some self inquiry. I will provide you with a roadmap to ensure your journey is supported and successful.
